denial at POE

hey everyone!! i wrote back a few weeks ago about my fiances I-94 form that he didnt return and now we are in the process of returning it and fixing this issue! the processing of this wont be finished until after he has already received his visa more than likely so i was told by the customs people that he has to bring the copies of his evidence with him to the border and if they gave him any troubles that he can show them that he is in the process of fixing everything and they will let him go. i was just curious as to if anyone has ever been denied entry at the POE on a fiance visa or if they had a situation like mine.

On that same issue I wonder if there´s a way to find out if your I-94 was handed back or not. Like, a way to check if everything is ok with your status at POE.

I don´t recall handing anything back but I always kept the paper with my ticket, so they prolly took it.

Mine was stappled in my passport by the POE officer then removed and attached to ticket stub by the gate attendent at Atlanta.

When Luvy first arrived in Detroit on her K1 the girl in front of her in line was told to collect her bags and return to the Philippines, Luvy did not know why it happened maybe she did not bring her paperwork or answered a question wrong. They asked Luvy "in a nasty voice" if she also was just coming here to work or if she was a bargril in the Philippines. She looked at the guy and said "What!!! do I look like a bargirl, what kind of bullshit question is that" The guy looked at her and said welcome to the United States, stamped her passport and that was all.
