my fiance sent me our noa2, then i just noticed that my name wa spelled wrong . instead of mary joy , its may joy. is this really important ? what we should do?

How is the spelling on NOA and the original application? If it were me, I would pursue it in either regard as It really should be correct and will need to match all of your identifications.

Wishing Everyone Speed, Success, Happiness and Love,

It was spelled right in our application , and by the way on NVC letter it is also correct. it's just the noa2 that is not ok. thank u so much for your reply!!

I had to make a correction due to my mispelling my wife's middle name. In my case I just called NVC (you may have to be patient to get through) and was able to correct my mistake by sending a copy of her passport bio page. I'm sure your that in your case it will be even more simple since it sounds like their error. Be sure to check the spelling on the NVC case #. It may be right and simply a mistake on the NOA #2.
