Curiosity... did any August or September filer from Vermont Service center get there NOA2 yet?

Nope... nada from VSC...

I keep praying it will come soon.

Good luck,

We have heard they were training cases. Apparently they just decided to grab the box closest to them rather than going to the shelf.

To play devil's advocate, (rawwrr! ) it could be a little more complex than that. You want trainees exposed to a variety of situations. It could be that the few petitions that have been approved out of order had some unique aspect to them that the trainers wanted the new employees to witness first-hand. Or it could even be a training mistake. Newb is told to grab the next box, newb goes into the wrong room or pile or whatever.

Either way, they broke protocol, which is never acceptable.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

--July 22---------Sent I-129F packet

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

--October 10-----Completed address change online

--January 25-----NOA2 received via USCIS Case Status Online

Not to mention, due to a VJ members congressional inqury into her case, we have learned that VSC has "found" some petitions from late May, the VJ members petion was among them and they are now due to start working on them.
