We got our NOA2 approved on October 26 so we're about a month behind you. I notice Ciduad Juarez received your packet November 6. I guess that I should figure that CDJ will receive our packet around the week of December 6. From what I've looked at, it's take another week or so for most to receive packet three from CDJ after CDJ receives the petition from NVC.

Estamos un mes atras de uds. Vi que CDJ ya recibio tu paquete. Creo que vas a recibir tu paquete en mas o menos una semana. Buena suerte. Por favor, mandeme noticias cuando algo pasa. Estoy muy interesado.

Arg. I misread that. I thought it said CDJ received your packet ... but it was just sent and not received, I think. Sorry about that. Guess we're both farther off than I thought. Hopefully it doesn't take long to be received.

Lei mal. Lo siento. Espero que no se tarda mucho.

I don't know. I know it would arrive in Mexico and I think it would arrive at the U.S. petitioner's address too. I'd guess, too, that it would arrive first at the U.S. petitioner's address because the U.S. has faster mail. But, then again, I guess it would be starting in CDJ so maybe not.

You know who would know for sure? The people who write on the Juarez Consulate thread. Those people know everything.

Hi Liz, the packet 3 is sent to the petitioner and to the beneficiary, if the packet of the beneficiary delays you can go to Cd Juarez with the petitioner packet. I hope this help you.

Thanks Malego77 :)

I called Ciudad Juarez Embassy twice already and they have not received the packet from the NVC. I don't know why it's taking so long, alot of people that are a week behind me have their packets already from the Embassy. Anyways, I have to wait from the Embassy's response.

You`re welcome. The delay maybe is due to the past holidays. We`re waiting for the packet 3 yet. I have saw others people timelines from CDJ and anyone have received the packet 3. Maybe the delay is in general. But anyway we need to continue calling. I`ll call tomorrow I hope good news, that they have already sent us the package 3. HA HA HA HA

Please I need a desire of good luck.

So good news to me and my husband; I called them like 5 minutes ago and the Embassy says they now have it, and we only need to wait for them to assign an interview date and send the packet to me.

Lets get our hopes up and pray for all of us to get things going faster.
