Hello folks,

My Love checked some info with the Embassy (here in Brazil – Rio de Janeiro) and confirmed that the co-sponsor also needs to send his/her proof of USA citizenship (not just all those forms and documents related) – just add a birth certificate or anything alike to your case if you are using someone’s help.

Oh yeah, sponsors need a BC to prove citizenship.

It seems to me from my readings and looking at people's situations two things:

1. Each embassy is a bit different on how they look at co-sponsors.

2. They seem to approve K-3s better with co-sponsors.
