Hi~ My fiance and I are about to file I-129F and I have a question about address and I'm hoping someone can provide an answer.

My fiance has a student visa that expires on January. Once her visa expires, she has to go back to her country to take care of few family issue. We've decided to file now so that we she could re-enter USA sometime next year (summer?).

The question is, Part B 1 of I-129F and G-325A both ask for her current address. If I put her current address down, which is in US, and on January if she goes back to her country(address in question 15, 16 of I-129F), will she have any problem of her getting whatever paperwork necessary? Or any other problems? :help:

Thanks in advance,

Ok... To clarify the question.

Will the consulate use the address on Part B 2 on the I-129F or the Part B 15 & 16 to send her the paperwork?

Should I just put what her address will be in 2 months for Part B 2 instead of her current US address?

Notify USCIS when her address changes and confirm it with NVC once the case gets there. Then, once your case is at the Consulate confirm by email and fax that they have the correct address.
