Patrick was here for the past couple of weeks and we took that time to get everything I needed to give him together. Unfortunately, we forgot to copy my check stubs. I sent him the letter from my employer, whom attached all the dates and amounts of the paychecks I have recieved. Do you think that will be sufficient enough, or should I send him the copies? It doesn't say anything about check stubs on the I-134 form; it just talks about the letter from the employer. I'd rather not send anything international, for financial purposes, if I don't have to.

December 12 2005 ~ sent I129F packet to

December 14 2005 ~ Packet Recieved by

December 20 2005 ~ NOA 1

December 29 2005 ~ Touched

March 9 2006 ~ NOA2

April 5 2006 ~ Packet 3 arrives

April 11 2006 ~ Packet 3 returned to London Embassy

June 12 2006 ~ Interview Date (APPROVED!)

June 26 2006 ~ Entered the U.S. under K-1 Visa

July 06 2006 ~ JOP marriage

September 12 2006~ I-485 Received by INS

September 18 2006~ NOA recieved

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

You could always scan them and send them by email.

We've had trouble with the scanning things in the past. His computer is majorly messed up. I'd just like to avoid having to do anything else for this visa. I'm on time and money constraints as it is, standardized testing for my fifth graders next week, and I just would like to avoid any unnecessary steps.

You know, I sent some paystubs with James and they didn't even want to see them. I wouldn't fret about them, they specifically asked for employer letter and bank letter so if you have those (and the money is sufficient) I don't see why there could be any problem, they can't really ask you for something at the Embassy that they didn't tell you to bring in advance!
