I130 to NOA1 Time

I Mailed my I130 to Texas Servic center on 22 Sept and it was recieved on 25 of Sept.. They have not cashed my check and I have not got my NOA1 from them yet. I work overseas and have not been home since 24 or sept. My mom gets my mail and says i have not recieved any mail from homeland security or anyone from a governement agency. I am starting to worry about this and was wondering if this is normal time??? and if not are there a number i can call to check on this???

well if you sent 130 to texas they recieve it then it is transfered to california service center for processing.in my case i didnt get a noa-1 it took three calls to recieve one 3 month later. and i also got approved with out there web page updateing or e-mail conformation.so it is just a waiting game for any of it and yes they are severly backlogged. and cis phone number is 1800 375 5283

Not sure if Im outta line here but our lawyer filed all at the same time (received 8/30/07) but not yet touched fyi, and alot of people are not aware of this.....there is no need to wait for the 1-129F anymore, as long as it shows receipt of the package means that the I130 was received. Its somewhere in these great threads so hope it helps

I mailed my I-129F to CSC and it took more than two months for me to receive my CSC...... the help line will tell you that you have to wait 3 months before complaining, but you might want to check the USCIS webpage notice about the receipting delay

Great news, thanks Susie. I will file for the I-129f now and wait around for the NOA's to come sometime! At least I can get ahead, or find something to do while i wait for one

I'm on the same boat (sent I-130 end of August) no NOA1 in order to send I-129F from Nebraska( USCIS's last receiving update November 2007).

Did your lawyer tell you to go ahead and send I-129F without NOA?

Did you just send a copy of USPS certified mail showing delivery date?

Have you gone ahead and send it this way?

Please explain process for proof of I-130 filing without NOA when sending i-129F and also: What is the result so far?
