My NOA2 was on November 20th, and my case was received at NVC on November 26th (yesterday). I found this out today when I called up to change my fiance's address, and also found out that they are sending the documents to Naples, Italy instead of Tirana, Albania.

I had a feeling this was going to happen because he currently lives in Italy, but is moving back to Albania very very soon. I requested that the documents be sent to Albania in the I-129F packet, but obviously that did no good. The woman at NVC told me that I need to submit the address change in writing and hope that the file doesn't get sent to Naples before they are able to change the address.

I wrote a letter ASAP and sent it Fedex Priority Overnight (will arrive tomorrow by 10:30am). I really hope that the docs don't get sent to Naples, because that will DEFINITELY slow us down. I have been to Naples before, and although I absolutely LOVED IT there, I definitely DO NOT want to depend on them to straighten this matter out. I hope it gets resolved tomorrow.

Pray for me!!!!!

Hmmm.. what do you mean?

well, i think, you must read the K-1 Visa Guide at the Philippines Section. You'll learn a lot from there.

to track your progress, call the NVC and the US embassy here in manila.

God bless us all...

oh that sucks.....to come so far and hit a problem now. I am so sorry and really hope it works out for you. sending you good wishes!

I on the otherhand, just have to vent my incredible frustration at this getting stuff from CSC to NVC #######! I am waiting and hoping and praying that it goes this week. When I call NVC they have no record of it yet and when I call CSC they of course no longer have it in their system and cannot give any information when it might be sent or if it has already! why why why??? is it just me or does it seem like a huge gaping blackhole in the system that they do not track petitions from one office to another?? seems like they should be responsible for that....I mean we do pay for this process!!!! just my ranting vent moment......:angry::devil::crying::help: all the things I am feeling right now!!!!!
