I just wanted to say Happy Halloween to everyone. I hope today USCIS sends us all our treats :thumbs: instead of them playing tricks on us keeping our applications. Hopefully, the will send our approvals.. Here's for Gogo, Nerdette, FauthII, and me and the rest of VJ friends that have been waiting such a long time. :yes: PLEASE GIVE US OUR APPROVALS!!!! :yes:

I-130 Application: (Filed 222 days ago) Reached 7 MONTHS

04/12/2007 Filed at VSC

05/09/2007 recieved NOA I from CSC (Reached 6 MONTHS 195 days from NOA I)

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

12/17/07 Lima Peru Embassey receives K3

01/04/08 My Honey's Medical

**** I leave today to reunite with MY HONEY!!!! ****....

01/15/08 LEAVING FOR LIMA PERU!!!

01/17/08 8:15 AM Date of Interview in Lima, Peru with my honey!

Yay!! Hope we get our "treats" today... have you tried calling them recently? I called them last on 10/23... my case got touched 10/25... but that's it for now.. what do you think is the best time to call them? I was planning on this friday (11/2).. this is taking way too long :crying: :crying: :crying:

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013

Gogo, I called them on 10/29/2007 and was told they are looking at our applications. Apparently, there are many divisions of USCIS handle different parts of this process. So, with that said; I mean adjudicators only review and approve applications. Then the application is sent to another area and other people input data into there lengthy computer system. Such a process... But, I was told all our security checks have been completed. The only thing they wanted for completion of our application was my ex-marriage to link my names. In a couple more days we should receive our confirmation. I am hoping anytime because this was told to me on Monday afternoon.

I have been fortunate because the last two conversations with USCIS they have been very helpful. I was also asked the urgency of the request and I explained its been over the six month mark and also, our granddaughter who is 5 years has been diagnosed with Diabetes I. We have been giving her 4 to 5 injections a day. My husband has a medical backround and I need his support and help here with me very much! Its been very difficult all of us and even more difficult that my husband remains in Peru because, USCIS does not know if I am the same person. Very depressing and disheartening!

Any how on a better note when this is finally over it will be priceless to have a beautiful future and life with our spouses as one.

Good luck and I would try to wait until friday before you make that call again. I am really hoping for all of us this is our week to end this extreme process..... :yes:

Yep, Happy Halloween everyone :) Lets hope the CSC graces us with more approvals today :)

This is a day I'm really looking forward to next year. Halloween isn't a big thing in the UK so it'll be fun to spend it with Josh and really celebrate it US-style :) His family (especially his parents) seem to really get into the spirit of things and the family, as a whole, seem to have a lot of fun :)

Our applications have been touched so many time I feel the bruises..... :lol: What the heck are they doing??? :wacko:
