A small update: My wife is here with me in the U.S as of 03/10/08. POE was LAX and it was a fairly okay experience. She was asked just a couple of basic questions.

I am finally here to let you know that my K3 petition was received at NVC today, 3/12/08, and will soon be on its way to Lagos. Will let everyone know when the interview date is when I find out.

My main reason of wanting to provide you with my e-mail address is to ask you to provide me with the type of questions you were asked (when that time comes) at the Consulate. My fiancee was there in September 2007 for a K-1 petition and was denied. So I went to Nigeria in December and got married in January 2008. I am not worried about the petition process in the U.S. end. Rather, my concern is the Hollier than thou ConOffs at the Consulate who are more interested in impeding couples from being together.
