My brothers fiancee is also having her interview nov 8th... My wifes birth certificate was late registered. She brought all her government ID and school records, and they asked for her baptismal certificate. They seem to want the baptismal with the late registered birth certificate. Good luck

My wife was registered 7 years late. Here's what we used to prove she was who the late registered BC said she was!

1. Old and New identification (ID) cards (i.e. school, employment, driver's license, ATM's, credit cards, PRC, SSS, BIR).

2. School Records (i.e. certificates, diplomas, registration/report/class cards).

3. Class Picture and Year/Annual Books/or Souvenir Books

4. SSS E-1 and E-4 Forms (must be original or certified copies from SSS Head Office).

5. Original Baptismal Certificate

6. Photo of Baptismal Registry Book, which includes the Book Cover, Prayer Cover and page on which appear your name, date of birth, date of baptism, name of biological and Godparents, ( picture size must be 8 X 11 inches).

7. Employment and/or income tax record ( OLD and NEW)

8. Affidavits from hilot and one witness to birth.

All this was given to us by a pinay friend who was on AR for 4 months for late BC registration and the above was the evidence she submitted to get off AR.

My wife submiited most all of it at the USEM interview and didn't have any problems.

LOT of work to get it all but it was worth it as she was approved.

Main thing is that you prove you are the person your BC says you are!

I've seen some late registered pinay get by without much evidence.

Also have seen some that didn't.

More ammo [bullets][supporting evidence] the better.

Homeland Security is concerned about fake BCs as some "undesirables" have used them to get in the US.

Read my other post .

If you don't have a NSO Certified BC there is a GOOD chance you will be put on AR.

You should do a late registered BC .

You may not have the time to do so tho unless you go to the main office in Quezon City and have it expedited.
