Hey everyone. Does this mean I was approved on the I130? Here's what the USCIS sent me today via email.

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status:

On April 13, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received from the USCIS.

Received Noa2and Approved I129F.

National Visa letter saying file moved to Amman. Was completed and sent on 12/16/05.

Received packet from embassy at my attorney's January 15, 2006

Packet mailed to my husband on January 22, 2006

Packet received by embassy on February 5, 2006.

Embassy called in April and set the interview date for August 23, 2006

Embassy called on 7-25 and asked Faisal to interview on 7-26 (nervous wreck but prepared)

7-26-06 Faisal is approved for K3 Visa

8-24-06, Faisal arrives at O'Hare Airport!!!!!!!

EAD filed in middle of September, 2006 approved in middle of October, 2006 and husband working

at end of October, 2006!

AOS I485

5-2-07- Noa1 on AOS

5-18-07-fingerprinting completed

5-25-07-letter received from USCIS from Missouri asking for proof of income from cosponsor.

AOS INTERVIEW SET FOR SEPTEMBER 5, 2007 IN CHICAGO

I have no idea what this means! :unsure: When my I129F visa got approved this is what I got via e-mail

Andrea I'm confused, what did you file? I thought you told me you filed a fiance visa 129F and this is for I130?

JP, I filed the I130. While the I130 was waiting to be looked at, I filed the I129F (K3) for non immigrant for FAisal to come here while waiting for the I130 to be approved. We are already married but you can file the I129F (which is also the fiance visa application) for a married couple to get your husband here while waiting for the I130 (immigrant visa) to be approved. I hope i just made sense there, lol, typed it so fast.

It looks like good news... it definitely is kind of unclear, though, I can see why you're confused. Are you going to try calling to find out?

FYI, the I-129f will get the K-3 Visa for the spouse and the K-1 Visa for the fiance. :thumbs:
