Hello All...

my case is pending Under AP last 1 14 months when we call embassy or DOS we recevied one answer case is pending.somone can help me how we can done it.is there any way this pending done.where we call and who can help us in this matter.

or if someone know FBI number becaz there is m fingerprints and background pending

02/03/09 Interview date

02/13/09 green card arrived in mail

Sorry that I'm not able to offer any information to you but I do wish you the best of luck on your journey.

If you look further down the page, there is a post by Faith11 and someone recommends contacting the ombudsman. It might be worth a try for you.

As for the FBI, as I mentioned in your other post, I don't think the FBI would be able to give you any information on a request submitted by another party/entity. That request is, unfortunately, between the FBI and USCIS :(
