expedite process

Hi, l am faith11.

actually l am a march filer but my NOA1 is from april.

l am about to get crazy here with so much stress, lam very sad and mad.

we are now 217 days from filling and we havent got our NOA2.

My husnbad has been calling periodically to USCIS and they told him that the case has being reviewed, yesterday he called them again and they said that the case it ´s on someone´s desk and that it has been reviewed and that they will be sending a form to expedite the process, they will do it by mail.

He asked her to email the officers to have a look over our case and she said that they are not able to email the officers who are reviewing the paperworks, she said the form she would be sending us should help to speed the process.

Anyone has gone through the same? any advice about this.

Is there a way we can download this form to send it.

Please l need your help.

He should contact his state's representative to see if his office can get the CSC to process your petition. It' been over six months since you sent it and you still haven't received an NOA2.

I know what you felt Faith, being stress of this case but you think positive and be patience. You will got your approval soon CSC was working now fast. Good Luck!
