I am having a very hard emotional day with on and off crying and feelings of depression. The depression is better than the anxiety I had yesterday.

Olivia I hope you feel better. I just came from the doctors and got Xanax and Wellbutrin. I poped a Xanax as soon as I got home and now I think I will call it ( I dont give a f**k about anything pill) I sure feel better now

Today is my day off. So I'm spending it online with my hubby. Dread going to work tomarrow. It is getting cold out so I'm makeing a big pot of chili (yummy) Hope you all are doing fine. And are enjoying the day!

Maybe I should get some of those don't care about anything pills.

That's kind of a strange combo isn't it? I mean xanax calms you down but wellbutrin lifts you up.

If xanax is anything like atavan though it definitely makes you not give a hoot about anything!! lol. I take them when I fly and always have a nice time

seriously! i thought staying here would be a good idea since we both had secure jobs...but now that they let him go, why not get outta here?! i'm sure he could figure something out in NYC to do to keep him occupied. it burns me knowing that half the people i work with are illegal immigrants but abdou gets let go because he was here legally and is just waiting for the green card to arrive!

the fires are close, but i don't think they will reach laguna *knocks on wood!!! i feel bad for all the beautiful areas burnt down now and so many people without homes.

Xanax and Ativan are both in the same class and are very similar. I think its about time for me to see about getting something like that....maybe a Valium!!!

I can't take any of those medicines because I will pass out cold... I would have to be really nervous or upset for it to help me at all. ( Which, doesn't sound like it's too far into my future!! If we (my husband and I) continue to stress out over this process, I will be slippin' something into his Kool-Aid!!! )

I used to work in a HIGHLY stressful sales job & I was the only person on my team who wasn't on anti-anxiety drugs or anti-depressants. I didn't think I could be cracked.... until now!
