Hello everyone,

Time for us to file.

Below is the list of doc's we are sending and the address we will send it to. Please let me know if I am missing anything. Just wanted to give myself some time to finish up without any more stress.

Fedexing it to:

USCIS NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER

PO BOX 87751

LINCOLN, NE 68501-7751

$ 545.00, which includes the biometric fee.

I-751 Joint Petition

I-551 Copy of BOTH sides

Apartment lease documents in BOTH our names (2005 – 2007)

401 K Beneficiary

Medical Insurance Verification

Car Insurance Certificates in BOTH our names

Car Registration in BOTH our names

Car Loan Documents in BOTH our names

Bank Accounts in BOTH our names (2005 – 2007)

Copy of Passport

Credit Card Bills / Utility Bills in BOTH our names

Tax Records (2005 – 2006)

Marriage License

Drivers Licenses for BOTH of us

Photos

All in all about 70 pages of stuff....would rather send too much than not enough.

Take care everyone and best wishes for all those who are back in the system

Debbie

It all looks good, but you don't need a copy of your passport and the marriage license. Also, you can't fedex your application to a PO box - either use USPS or look up the delivery address for couriers.

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

God is realer and we are His sheep
which side are you on, CHOOSE, start moving your feet
choose JESUS and have ETERNAL PEACE" by GOD to me on 9/26/10 about 2am

Thanks for the replies....

I will send it USPS with a signature confirmation ;-) thank you for reminding me.

Ya, I did put in some extra stuff. Passport shows the times he was out of the country and he also renewed his Turkish passport here in the states, so...wanted to show those things. Marriage License, ah...why not  just a little bonus for them.

Thank you oneder for your best wishes....I wish you all the best also. Keep reading the forums, LOTS of great advice and knowledge here in VJ

Thanks!

Debra

Good luck Debra and John, looks like you sent a good amount of quality evidence.

Good luck to Jas and Claudeth too.

This may sound dumb, but why do they ask for a copy of the back of the greencard when there is nothing to really see on the back once it's copied it just looks like a black bar.
