OMG Mike. Im so sorry you didn't make it to the December list. But I'm still glad that you've already gotten your schedules. It's not gonna be that long, right? I know you want to have her for Christmas but cheer up... the next Christmases after this year's Christmas you'll be with her and nothing will ever stop that. Just think positive. Everything happens for a reason, ok? Anyway, congratulations to you Mike and Beth! Good luck on the Interview!

Thanks Shai, but it's ok, i wish we could get it all done before christmas but I'm going over there and spending christmas with her anyway so no biggie. Just means I have to burn a little vacation time to be there during the interview but I have plenty of vacation, been saving it up just for this possibility!

done with my 1st day of early medical today! wow, it was very fast! thanks to sis rina's tip and bubblesn. they were right. i was there almost 1pm. i was finished by 230pm. hopefully, my results are all okay.

I have everything the lawyer instructed me to get, bank statements from last 12 months, W2's, employment letter. Should I get anything in addition to this? I have direct deposit so I don't get paystubs --well I get email paystubs, maybe I should print all of those just in case.

Federal ITR! Don't forget it Mike! and make sure you have all supporting documents to whatever u fill in to ur affidavit of support. If you include some properties or other source of income then you should have supporting docs of it too. But if your annual income is enough, then you dont need to add more but u can if you want. Yes gather everything that you think will help. You'll be fine Mike! good luck!

NVC probably has the interview dates but withholding that information until the 2nd or 3rd week of November. But that's just my speculation. Yes you are right, it's a long wait.

my CR1 papers finally sent to USembassy manila 2nd week of Nov and i am now scheduled for interview on Dec 19 2007

My case was completed october 12, 2007. until now, i am not given interview date. iand still waiting. im pretty sure that i will not be included anymore this coming November. It has been discussed here that normally scheduling are done every second week of the month. i justed wanted to know how many, if any, in VJ are already scheduled for December interview.
