Not enough information. My best guess is that "your" fiancee's sister is a Filipina not yet in the USA, and your sister is a US Citizen living in the US. Is that the case?

Yes that is the case.

Ok. This is not a K1 related question in any way. It's about bringing a Filipina to do domestic work. Your relationship to the domestic worker's sister is irrelevant. I don't have an answer for you beyond that.

There are no domestic worker visa types which can be easily used by the average U.S. citizen.

Ya i see and the citizenship take 10 - 12 years at the current time no wounder we have 12 million illegals.

Also, you have started the K-1 process correct? If that is the case then I don't think they will allow her to enter any other way unless it's just a visit and she shows strong ties to her home country and plans to return, even then they could deny her visit.

I would just wait out the K-1 process and then worry about work once she gets to the U.S.

Best of luck :)

he is talking about his fiancee's sister becoming a domestic helper for his sister, not about his fiancee becoming a domestic helper.

I am not sure it would be a J-1 visa. I don't think so. First I thought a B-1 Personal Employee, but I don't think you will be successful that route. So then I looked at H-2B temporary or seasonal nonagricultural workers.

After looking at all of these, I think your best course of action would be to speak to an immigration attorney to at least get you started in the right direction. Good luck. BTW, I would be interested in what the attorney tells you.

It's not complicated. The USC's sister needs domestic help. It occurred to somebody that perhaps the fiancee's sister would fit the bill. What would be so complicated it probably won't happen is to actually try to make it happen.
