Timeline

how much is allowed when petitioning me???

My AOS timeline[/b]

03-28-08= mailed AOS package

04-07-08= reciv NOA

04-21-08= biometrics appointment done

05-22-08=reciv EAD approval notice by email

05-25-08= reciv EAD card

06-09-08= reciv email from CRIS about AOS approved and card production ordered.

06-16-08= GC in hand....THANK YOU GOD !

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. Are you asking how much your fiance needs to earn to be able to sponsor the visa? If he is in the military it would be $13,690 otherwise it would be $17,112.

Probably you meant "Required" instead of "Allowed".. For Required Income, depends on household size, but stuart and jazman gave you good info. If you really did mean to say "Allowed", the answer is that there is no maximum income limit. Good luck on your journey!
