For the love of God.

Yeah! His medical is tomorrow afternoon btw, hence wanting the stuff today, I mean really. Not sure what happens when you show up without your titre - he isn't really worried about getting immunizations - he just doesn't really want a bunch of junk he has already had.

I have to vent!!!!!!!!!

I felt so bad yesterday at work.

I was covering an employee's break in returns and some guy brought back a toilet seat. It had been used!!!!

What happened was previously, someone had bought a toilet seat and put their OLD toilet seat in the new box, returned it and got their new one for free!!! PEOPLE ARE MESSED UP!!!!

Whoever was working in returns that day didn't check inside the box and it was put back on the shelf!!!

There were no parts in the box, no instructions and the seat had ####### on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :crying:

I was mortified. Luckily the customer thought it was grossly funny. He went and bought a new toilet seat and I checked it out personally before he purchased it!!!

That is theft! I want to track down the previous transaction!!!

Let's Keep the Song Going!!!

I think Derekkj was out ur way not that long ago, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Here's one for you then...

News Report from Toronto

Toronto (AP) - A seven-year old boy was at the center of a courtroom

drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should

have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his

parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in

keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family

unity be maintained to the highest degree possible. The boy

surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more

than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the

judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy

cried and said that they also beat him. After considering the

remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic

violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the

unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have

custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and

confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary

custody to the Toronto Maple Leafs, whom the boy firmly believes are

not capable of beating anyone.

Haha, I saw the same joke a few months ago, only the little boy wanted to be placed with the St Louis Rams because they never beat anyone. I believed it until the last line too.
