Confused about USCIS reported processing times

I am trying to file K-3 as I am getting married soon to my fiancee. I am a resident of state of Illinois. Thus, I fall under Nebraska Service Center. I went to USCIS website

(https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC) to find out processing timeframe for I-130. When I checked to find out about Nebraska Service Center timings for category

I-130 - Petition for Alien Relative - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 , this category wasn't even listed on the web page. I tried to find timing listed for I -129F (for K1) and I-130 (for K-3) categories, but they were not listed. They are listed in other Service Center processing time websites (like California, Vermont). Why are they not listed in Nebraska Service Center website?

Also, USCIS Service Center website lists timeframe for I-129F for visa category K-1/K-2. Why is timeframe for K-3 not listed on USCIS Service Center website? Is I-130 - Petition for Alien Relative EQUAL to K3?

thanks,

Crazy Samurai.

Timeline

Use the time frame on California center, only Vermont and California process the family based visas. You send the petition to Nebraska per the directions but it will be sent to either California or Vermont depending on work load.

Also consider the K-3 carfully, with the new increase on the AOS from the K-3 ($1010) many are looking at the CR-1 visa.

CR-1 generates a green-card upon, entry, NO AOS, K-3 has to wait up to 90 days for EAD in order to work, and requires more paperwork.

CR-1 is the filing of I-130 and NOT filing an I-129F

Compare the CR-1 to the K-3 using the timelines, lately for mos countries, the CR-1 takes just a bit longer to get, not the months to years that it was taking when the K-3 was developed.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

The K3/K4 has not been listed as a separate category on the USCIS site for many months now (not even for the centres that are still processing them), they dropped it from the list without a word of explanation.

Some people who have phoned the customer service line have been told that the K3 processing times are the same as the K1. Others specualte because they are approving most I130/I129F on the same day, that they are processing at 6 months from the I130 NOA1. Unfortunately, USCIS have never officially confirmed this either way. But 6 months is your ballpark figure.
