I sent stuff that required a signature and your got back a little green card. I know it is after the fact but maybe for future reference. You should be able to track priority mail I would think

i sent my RFE to CSC on 2/28 and they updated my account on the USCIS site on 3/7, so i guess it depends on the amount of RFE's they receive at that time, maybe there were alot of them sent in the same time yours was and they havent updated yet. If you can track your envelope, you will see if it arrived there or not. Thats how i know it got there. mine actually got there on 3/1 but they didnt receive it in hand til 3/7.

you CAN call also, or email them.

ok,,, they have received my RFE..... hopefully it wont take much longer....

but this is the message i get:

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On April 12, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 120 days for us

to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than

the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

it fricked me out when i read that it is taking between 90-120 days.... but i guess this is the time it takes from the beginning of the process.... isn't it?
