:crying: PLEASE HELP, When I enter the # MSC----------, in the case information on line, I get a message that is a wrong case #. WHY this is the case # I have is there something wrong with my papers, or they going to return them, its there something missing????????? :crying::crying::crying::crying:

12/26/05 I go to Cuba

send I-130 Petition

03/02/06 recived NOA1

04/03/06 send I-129 visa

04/13/06 NOA 1 for I-129F in mail

06/07/06 I-130 Approved

07/05/06 Ref in mail (129F)

07/06/06 send back (129F)

07/07/06 rcvd I-864 Processing fee bill &DS-3032

07/09/06 faxed DS-3032 to al

07/10/06 send I-864 fee

07/11/06 send DS- 3032 (next day delivery)

08/02/06 send bill $380. recived 08/08/06

08/09/06 send affidavit of support recived 08/10/06

08/16/06 send DS 230- arrived at visa center on 08/17/06 at 8AM

08/16/06 I129 approved

10/26/06 1-130 completed at NVC

02/12/07 Visa was issued

it is ok sometimes it takes them a month to update system, i applied for aos for my son and myself and only mine is in the system his aos shows as case doesnt exist but it does! i have receipt just like you

give it some time it will show up

Join the club! There are many of us here in the same situation. We have been waiting since January to see the 129f application online.......we have been told that sometimes you are never able to see it. Nothing like USCIS to add to your stress levels!

I feel Good...........like the moon is shining just for me!

I thought americans weren't allowed to go to Cuba ??? I wanted to go on Vacation with my husband he says Americains aren't allowed

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

Give few more days. I can see mine online with MSC-------.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

They are not allowed with the new regulations however I was born in Cuba, and my family lives in Cuba, my grandparents, my uncles, my cousin’s, that’s how I was able to go. You could only go if you have inmediate family in Cuba.

04/03/06 send I-129 visa

04/13/06 NOA 1 for I-129F in mail

06/07/06 I-130 Approved

07/05/06 Ref in mail (129F)

07/06/06 send back (129F)

07/07/06 rcvd I-864 Processing fee bill &DS-3032

07/09/06 faxed DS-3032 to al

07/10/06 send I-864 fee

07/11/06 send DS- 3032 (next day delivery)

double check if maybe on the check there is a different Case number and try that one. And give it a bit of time. There seems to be quite a few ppl whose cases don't seem to exist but sometimes it just takes a month or so
