#7 and #9 on the above link have both parties filling out four g325a forms apeice. But if you click the "example" for each g325a form...the ones for the fiance, and fiancee...both look like they have nothing to do with the US citizen so far as filling them out. So my question is, are both of us supposed to fill out seperate g325a forms, or just her? It doesn't make alot of sense for me to be filling these forms out, but I want to make sure before I send everything in.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

You and your fiancee both need to fill out a G-325a.

If you are talking about filling them out for the original petition the YES you both must fill them out and send in originals. All 4 pages.

If talking about adjusting status then only the beneficiary is required to do so!

In quadruplicate. Absolutely. A lot of the process will never make sense. This part probably will eventually. Be sure to answer the questions accurately and interpret all instructions literally.

Ok, I am going to fill out four identlcal g325a forms just like she already has done. I guess I will just use "copy and paste" from her forms that she has filled out over to the ones I am going to fill out. Seems very stupid though if you ask me, becouse this means I am sending in not 4, but 8 g325a forms that all have indentical information other than the signatures on the bottom of said forms.

Whoa. The forms don't have identical information. One set has your information. The other has hers.

Did you read the instructions for the I-129F?

Not quite. One set with your information. The other set with information from your fiancee.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide <--- I went to this link, then I clicked on "see example" for both #7 and #9 on there for filing a K-1 visa. Assembling the I-129F Package: Checklist and both example forms are in .pdf form, and both are identical in regards to everything on them ...information, etc...

One is for you and your biographical information and one is for her. Examples are examples. Not everything in the examples will apply to you and your case. Follow the instructions. Fill them out accurately.

I suggest you read the instructions for the I-129F form. States clearly you have to submit G325As for your fiancee and for yourself.

When in doubt! Go with the government form instructions.

Good luck! It gets worse!

what that means is you will fill out 4 pages of YOUR address, YOUR work history, YOUR parents info. then your fiance will fill out 4 pages of HER address, HER work history, HER parents info. She will sign hers, you will sign yours.

Maybe you should consider getting a lawyer or immigration specialist to help you with your petition.

the example forms on the web are only that. Examples.

and for sure it makes sense for the US citizen to fill out the forms. They will do a background check on you and well as her to make sure you are an ok person to bring someone here and support them. The process isnt about only the fiance. Its about both of you.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...seeing how it automatically fills out the other three forms when I'm filling out the first form. :) Now for a few attatchments, finish the Cover sheet, and I'm done, and ready to send it all in.

She has already filled out all her paperwork, and sent me everything the INS calls for....she's not as nearly as lazy as I am when it comes to doing paperwork.
