need help on 129f

Hi guys!!im new here..been reading a lot...but i still need to hear it first hand..lol..anyways,my fiance is the USC and he's working as DOD contractor in Iraq..we are planning to assemble the needed documents for the 129f petition when he comes here on vacation this month..and we plan to submit the petition as soon as i get my annulment decision(hopefully this month)...my question are can he file the petition even if hes working outside the us?do we need to have a separate g325 for my child?i know we need 2 g325 for me and my fiance..does my child need one too?do we need to submit my child birth certificate too?..thank you guys for al the help..we are preparing ahead cos it will be after 5 months again before he can come on his vacation so just incase i got the annulment decision this month i cud just mail it to him and he can just file the petition then...thank you once again...GOD BLESS TO US ALL

He can file while he is still in Iraq. I assume he has a place in the U.S.

You child doesnt have to fill out a separate G325A form .. Just put your child name in the I-129F form

thanks so much..one more thing...no need for me to include a passport size photo of my son either on the 129 f petition right?just wana make sure evrything will be a "OK" from the very start..god bless..
