Card Production Ordered and letter received

Hi,

My wife got approved recently and we received our card production ordered email status from CIS. We also received a letter from P. Novak congratulating our case being approved and card production being ordered. I noticed on the letter that my wife's first initial and full last name were addressed but not the full written first name. Just wanted to see if anyone else received a letter like this and if you also had your first initial and full last name on this type of letter as well. Please let me know - want to be sure they don't mispell my wife's name on the card when being ordered.

Congratulations :thumbs: I can't find the letter but do have a scan of it at work so will check when I get there.

Hi. We just got approved recently and also got the email about the card production. Our letter of congratulations came yesterday...but only my husbands first initial and last name were on the letter also. The email we received is correct.....so I am sure it will be fine. Congratulations!

5/17/04 - Mailed I-485, 131, (certified mail) to Newark

7/12/04 - Biometrics for AOS done in NYC

2/1/05 - received interview letter for May 16, 2005

5/16/05 - Successful (and fast) AOS interview in Cherry Hill!!!

3/1/07 - mailed I751 package to VSC - regular mail

3/7/07 - cashed 205.00 check

3/9/07 - cashed 70.00 biometrics check

3/16/07 - received blue receipt notice for biometrics fee

3/24/07 - received NOA extending GC for another year

3/24/07 - received Biometrics appointment letter

4/6/07 - Biometrics appointment in Newark at 9am

4/7/07 - touched

4/11/07 - touched

9/28/07 - email received...Card production ordered!

10/4/07 - received congratulations letter in the mail

10/09/07 - 10 year green card received

We had the same issue when we got the letter from VSC in the mail (only the initials for the first name). When the card came in, it was the correct entire name. So, don't worry!!
