Yes. Until you become naturalized, if that is what you choose to do, you will have to always have a passport from the Phillipines. If you naturalize, you can then have either/or. If you choose not to naturalize, you will continue to maintain a Phillipines passport.

There are a few Jamaican embassies that I plan to use one to renew Andre's Jamaican passport here in the states. Not sure about the Phillipines though.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Valid passport is not a requirement of I-751, it can be expired long before filing I-751.

You can renew it when convenient through your nearest consulate here in the USA.

Thank you in advance..I appreciate your help.

My passport will expired on March 2009 before I submit I-751.

1.) What shall I do. Do I need to renew my Filipino Passport?

If you don't want or don't qualify for a US passport and want to travel after it expires you will need a renewed passport ....

YMMV
