Hello to all VJ'rs,

It's almost a month that my husband sent our I-130 and I-129F together.

Until now we haven't got any NOA yet?

How about you guys?

Unfortunately, USCIS are very behind with sending out receipts. Have they cashed your cheque/money order? If yes, try to obtain a copy from the issuer and get the receipt number off the back of the copy.

Below is some information taken from the USCIS website:-

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) advises customers that, due to a tremendous increase in the number of applications filed, processing of fee payments and entry of cases into our tracking system is behind schedule. As a result, applicants can expect notices of receipt to be delayed. USCIS is working hard to deal with the increased volume and has published the following frequently asked questions in order to provide additional information to applicants.

this is for september filer but Husband filed the I-130 last aug 20 and was sent aug 23 and then until now... no NOA1 yet ! and the other filers from august received their NOA1 . guess all we can do is patiently waiting for NOA1.
