Do you have to have your medical done by there doctors, or are you able to get a full medical within your own doctor?

yes - only the Knightsbridge Docs can do the visa medical - which costs £160 per adult and I think £80 for a child under 14 (not near my pkt 3 right now so can't check child costs)

Yup Knightsbridge Drs and only Knightsridge DRs £160 for an adult and £80 for a child 14 & under and please make sure your vaccinations are up to date otherwise it's £60 for mmr and tetanus on top of the fee!
