Hi all:

I want to know if anyone got their notice of approval I129F from CSC(Cali Center only please) around last week of August or first week of September hear anything from NVC or get notified that their petitions have been rec'd by NVC? Mine is Sept 7 but have not heard anything. Called NVC but case not received yet. Why it's taking so long to go from CSC to NVC? Is not right! Anyone waiting like I am, please let me know so I know that we're in same boat and less worry. Thanks. :unsure:

11-16-12: Sent I-130 for Dad.
11-19-12: Priority date/rec'd date.
02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

05-15-15: Case completed per email from NVC.

06-07-13: Rec'd email from NVC RE: interview date. (letter dated 06-05-13).

07-18-13: Interview date-- PASSED.

I checked case # with NVC in NH, and system said no case found yet. Why is CSC very slow in sending approved fiance petitions to NVC? Does anyone else have same issue? :help:

11-16-12: Sent I-130 for Dad.
11-19-12: Priority date/rec'd date.
02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

05-15-15: Case completed per email from NVC.

Same trip with a K1 friend I'm helping. NOA2 Aug 24 and nothing at NVC yet. Looks like the overload from fee beaters is being felt at NVC now.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

make sure when u call them give them ur social security number and they will find your case.

it happened to me but i gave them my social and they found my file

The approved petition is only valid for 4 months, so if the interview is not done by the 4 months period, are they going to renew it autimatically? A month is already gone by and case is not at NVC yet; I still have 3 months, but looks like time is running soon b4 the interview.

I have simliar problem. I found that we need to not take the word of the first people that answer phone at NVC. Ask for supervisor. I didnt do this & found that I lost two months because they had lost the paper work but were telling me they hadnt recieved it yet. Supervisor told me they have many new people & many problems with documents.

Yeap thats true..they lost a couple of my original documents :angry:

I've been active with the K3 March filers and a lot of them have been waiting 4 to 5 weeks for their I-129f's to make it out of the CSC and on to the NVC. It's been a little over 3 weeks for me and I'll probably call the NVC this week and see if I've gotten lucky, but I won't be surprised if another week goes by and nothing happens :crying: :crying:.
