Its Tuesday morning for me now and I just got done calling the NVC to see if my DS-3032 has been generated but still the recording has not changed since they enter my petition into the system. What is going on with the NVC? I am going to see my asawa in few days and will be out of the country for about a month. Please advise me on what to do guys!!

did you email or mail the DS3032? Email takes at least 5-7 days. If you mail it, it only takes 3-5 days if you sent it Express Mail

NVC has just received my case. My question is do I have to wait till they generate the DS3032? and if so after how many days should I email the DS3032?

Ok even though my AOS fee bill and DS-3032 has not been generated I know Its going to be by next week so while am waiting I am prepairing my own AOS fee bill using the Jame's Shortcuts. My question is does making the BARCODE following the instructions really work?

The other question, is the NVC address still the same for the AOS fee bill or has it changed?

It worked for me, and for ALL of us who used JSC. And YES, the address has not changed.
