Hey guys,

How do you declare a co- sponsor if you dont make the poverty limit, and at what point do you have to do this during the K1 Process?.

My Fiance is waiting on a government job that requires a very lengthly security clearance. She has a copy of the contract for this job which states the offer and the pay.Should she include this paperwork in the visa submission?.Would it make a difference?..In the meantime she is working but her wages dont meet the poverty limit.Thats why she is thinking of the Co sponsor"..

thanks guys,

thanks guys,

Please study the guides. The affidavit of support (I-134) doesn't need to be filled out until after the case file gets to the Consulate. No need to decide about any joint sponsor until then.
