It's the only one we did for the K-1. The I-864 for AOS.

Other than Affidavits and letters cancelling your petition. The only ones that need to be notarized are the ones with a section at the bottom for the notary.

I-864 doesn't have that anymore. Otherwise! No need anymore!

At petition filing time, no official documents from the USC side need notarization. Any foreign language documents submitted with the petition, must have accompanying certified translations. In China, those come from a "Notarial" office. If you'll be submitting any such documents, you'll want to look into the details of providing translations.

In general, it is best to carefully read the instructions for all USCIS and DOS documents and follow them to the letter. Interpret instructions literally. The instructions will mention notarizing if needed, and also have a specific place for the Notary to sign and stamp. See the I-134 as an example.
