Ahmed finally got his visa Alhamduilillah. After 10 trying months of AR, it's over!! omg i cant believe it. I couldn't write earlier i've been horribly busy & kinda cant believe its true!!

I couldn't believe it till he got here & i'm still strugglin w/the idea...lol :lol:

I feel like i'm alive again. :luv: If any of you are ever tired or hopeless, have faith it will happen, our reunital happened after so long, it can happen for anyone!!

I thought i'd share my joy w/y'all. But now i need to get goin, my man will be home soon!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who was supportful the way thru & listened. I wish you all the best of luck!!

Alhamdilillah. After much patience it does happen. :thumbs:

K-1 Adjusting status

March 2nd 2006- we got married!

April 26th- AOS & EAD papers sent to chicago lockbox

May 2nd- NOA1 issued

May 10th-touched!

May 25th-appointment letter for biometrics sent out

June 17th-biometrics-completed!

June 20th- touched!

July 27th- EAD approved.

August 10th- AOS interview!! Approved! Alhamdulillah.

Nov 8 2004 : Received response from CSC that my file is being requested & review will be done

Nov 10 2004 : Email & online status Approved

Nov 15 2004 : NOA 2 in mail

Dec 16 2004 : NVC assigns case number

Dec 20 2004 : NVC sent DS 3032 to beneficiary, copy of DS 3032 & I-864 fee bill to petitioner

Jan 3 2005 : Petitioner received copy of DS 3032 and I-864 fee bill. Post-marked Dec 23rd.

Jan 11 2005 : Beneficiary received DS 3032 in Indonesia

Jan 31 2005 : Sent DS 3032 to NVC

Feb 8, 2005 : NVC received DS 3032

Feb 21, 2005 : IV fee generated

Feb 25, 2005 : Sent I-864 fee bill

Feb 28, 2005 : I-864 fee bill delivered to St Louis

Mar 3, 2005 : IV fee bill received

Mar 7, 2005 : Sent IV fee bill

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Wow...finally! You and Bornot2be are the ones on the list that have been waiting longer than us, so you truly are giving me hope. I am a bit confused though, did your case go back to the CIS? I have never heard of it taking this long for the normal stuff!
