Forms for Visa K1 confusion

Hi, I have some questions about the forms for Visa-K1

First, I am trying to print some forms that I am reading here in visajourney that is being asked for interview in Rio de Janeiro.

I try the download section of visajouney, the embassy site, the uscis site, the US. Department of State site, but never work, or just don´t show that the form exist....??

The forms I want to print are:

DS-156,

DS-230 (part 1 and 2),

FS-257a ( I have a "suplement" of this form, not sure if is this that they want, but is all scribbled)

Anyway, I cannot get anywhere. Someone can really give me some useful information?

Other question, the embassy will send to me the forms for me to put the info?

If not, if I need to print myself downloading from internet, what to do if some forms are not there and the ones that are, sometimes already expire?

The form DS-157 that they are asking, ask about current employer and educational instituitions. But, I don´t remember what year I study in what school, and I don´t have papers to prove that I belong to some professional organization or school here. Someone told me that I don´t need to go for the interview with all these papers.

Is ok I just call to my school to ask about the year I study there? Don´t have a paper to prove this things is ok?

Brazilians womans: Rio de Janeiro is asking for female to have this form?

Ok, I think that is this. Confuse questions from a confused vj member.

Thank you

Ali

Does the embassy have these forms? The DS-156 is a form for the embassy so you might look at their web site. Some embassies have you file the form(s) electronically

Here should be all the forms you need;

http://www.embaixada-americana.org.br/inde...amp;itemmenu=58

Brasil requires a few extra than most I believe...

Some of them you can download and print but you cannot save them to your computer. The DS-156 (I believe) requires you do it online.

K1 Timeline

Ah! Thank´s very much for this link! I did saw this few months ago but I didn´t find this time...

and yes, I just check and I cannot save some forms in my computer, but I print and and for now I will have in paper...how this work after? Can I put the info on line just for test? Or is definitive?

I still have the doubts that I wrote before about the DS-157...

And another about the DS-2001: this form is very simple, but they ask 3 informations that I don´t really know who is who...

they ask:

1) applicant daytime phone number

2) beneficiary´s e-mail address

3) petiotioner´s e-mail address

I, brazilian, am the aplicant AND benificiary OR my fiance (US citizen) is the aplicant AND petitioner?

thanks

The applicant is the Brazilian - they would like a day time phone since s/he is the one receiving the visa. The petitioner is the American and the beneficiary is the Brazilians (since s/he is receiving the visa).

PS: I printed out TONS of the forms and looked over them a million times. I know it's a waste of paper but I wanted everything to be perfect.

Ok, obrigada
