Hey guys Today I checked our case update online and I found out that the last updat is th e8th of april 2006 and our I-130 was approved in the6th of April is that mean that they mailed our case form the Nebrasca visa office to the NVC or it's touched I am confused please tell me ??

2007- April -25: AOS SENT AND FILED

2007- April -27:AOS package delivered

2007- May -05: NOA1 recieved in Mail

2007- May -23: Biometrics Appointment @ 9 Am

2007- May -15: RFE recieved

2007- June-05:RFE paper sent

2007- June-08: RFE recieved

2007- August- 08 : Interview at 10 A.M

2007- october- 04 :Card production ordered

2007-october- 05: Welcome letter recieved in mail

2007-october-11 : Approval notice sent

Maybe........you can call NVC and ask if they have got it yet & they will tell you your case number!!...........but i would give them a couple more days before calling :thumbs:

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009

Where in Michigan? we are near Detroit!!

you probably wont get your NOA2 for a few days yet....but you already have your USCIS case number & if memory serves me right they will ask you for that when you call!! :yes:

where do you live in MI?

Your USCIS is the number on your first NOA the one you registered with the USCIS online status site??? e.g WACXXXXXX???

Near Detroit......& summer is on its way to Michigan at last yay :P

where do you live in MI?

It is your receipt number on your NOA's. You can use either the receipt number or the NVC case number when you call the automated service. As you do not yet know the NVC case number yet you will use the receipt number so you can find out via the automated service if they have received your file yet. When they have received it, they will assign a case number.
