I know God forbeid i want to come into VJ to vent!!! Its the only place where anyon knows what im going through and the you have these people who try to tell everyone...stop complaining .. :angry:

4/20/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/18/07-sent out I129f

5/19/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/21/07-received at VCS

5/28/07-Received NOA1

10/17/07-Met Leidy in Panama for 5 days

There are many kind, friendly people here...Speaking with crack pipes???? But, I still hope that they receive approvals soon. This is the first I've heard that complaining is not allowed here...Does it state that in VJ's TOS?

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

hmmm...patience...I remember those days. So hopeful and upbeat... yes, I was once patient... and then my personal estimation for my NOA2 passed... and then my VJ estimated date passed...and then I called and they said I hadn't even been assigned an officer...and then I said :ranting:

Sigh... nothing left to do but...wait

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

AOS one year and four months after marriage...

01/10/2009 sent AOS paquette

04/10/2009 AOS received

08/10/2009 NOA date

22/10/2009 biometrics letter arrives

04/11/2009 biometrics appointment completed

19/11/2009 AP approval e-mail

20/11/2009 AP touched

23/11/2009 AP arrived in mail

23/11/2009 EAD card production e-mail

24/11/2009 EAD touch

25/11/2009 EAD card mailed out

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

AOS Timeline:

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Mar. 14, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered at 7:52 AM & signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 21, 2008 - NOA's for AOS, EAD & I-131!! (Dated 3-18-08)

Mar. 31, 2008 - Can finally see AP & EAD online!!

Apr. 10, 2008 - Biometrics finished! Can finally see AOS online & EAD touch!

yes there priority is with citizenship and aos papers first then it dont say. but i am at 140 days and it isnt funny any more. its time to put the crack pipe down and step away from it and get back to your air conditioned office and do some approving.no havent seen but one approval. what i really want to know is how one person gets an approval in 89 days. we all know what happened before the fee went up every one filed and there still trying to dig the mail room out and find the workers buried hehehehehe HURRY UP ALREADY I CANT WAIT FOR EVER or can i ???????? i dont think so
