Just got notice this morning that the NVC has received my approved petition and has assign us a case number. My question is, is it to early to E-mail the DS-3032 Choice of Agent to the NVC? Do I have to wait until they have generated or does it matter? Can someone here tell me if they have sent it in early and it has worked for them?

Wait until the DS3032 has been generated. If you email it, keep in mind that emails are taking 2 weeks from what I have read in other posts. You can prepare the DS3032 ahead of time using James' Shortcuts and then mail it in once you hear the recording change on a Tuesday morning.
