Our NOA 2 got approved yesterday and now we are filling, preparing everything possible.

Has anybody ever noticed that some forms are expired like I-134 and DS 230, DS 156.. but they are the only ones listed on USCIS and VJ.

I guess they are busy working on the petitions

I would like to know what forms i will recieve with package 3 and when can i shedule my medical (i called Berlin office and to get a medical appointment it takes 2-3 weeks the most and another 2 weeks to everything ready for the consulate).

Please, if my German fellows, that are ahead of me, could give me some advise?!

Thanks so much.. I just got notified about my NOA2 and feel like I cannot think straight all the sudden .. must be the Adrenalin.

There is a date on the form that has nothing to do with if the form is expired or not, that date is the OMB date, it has to do with data connection for Office of Management and Budget, and has to do with estimated time involved for filling out these forms, and the paperwork reduction act.

USCIS will state on their site if which versions are acceptable or not. Also the consulates tend to accept versions going back several years.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
