I have a cover sheet from a previous NVC packet. They are sending in snail mail another checklist. We do not want to wait and are ready to send the updated DS-230. Have any of you guys ever done this?

I've done it.I used the cover sheet they sent me for the DS230 fee bill when I found out that they are sending another checklist for missing passport copy and it went just fine but you have to use paint to delete the date in the bottom of the checklist page.

oh wait if you're talking about DS230 cover sheet and you have a cover sheet from another packet (not DS230 ) then you can't do it because the cover sheet for DS230 is different.

Is it OF-230-I? That's the checklist coversheet when your I-864 has been reviewed completely. You can send that coversheet with your DS230 plus documents required (its addressed to ATTN: DR), they will accept it just as the same.

It was a letter indicating that they were waiting for the DS-230. So I think I can use it. What do ya think?
