Vaccinations for K1 and AOS after receiving Visa

So, I am pretty upset with my attorney at this point. He said not to worry about the Hep B vaccination because it is not needed for those to enter that are over 17 on a K1 visa. So my SO was only going to get the tetanus shot he needed. We found out today he will need all the required vaccines later apparently to apply for the AOS, well that is great considering the Hep B shot is a series of 3 shots over six months. And if he has to wait 2 months after he arrives to get the last one, well then that holds us up another 2 months if you have to have that completed in order to apply for AOS. I wrote my attorney a nasty email, telling him he needs to be more forthcoming about what to expect after the VISA is issued or he will be the one responsible for holding up everything else like our EAD, AOS and AP applications over a stupid vaccine. Does anyone know exactly what they will require as far as vaccinations at the time you apply for the EAD?

Thanks so much!!!!

I just looked at the I-693A (vaccination supplemental form), there's a column called "Insufficient time interval" in the form. I think the civil surgeon will fill it out appropriately.

Did you visit the civil surgeon already ? I would suggest talking to him.

You have the vaccinations done here, in the US if necessary. No need to hold up your visa to do them in your home country, though its possible they may be cheaper there.

You will be apply for EAD with AOS, otherwise if applying for EAD before AOS, it will only be valid until the I-90 expiration, which is 90 days after entry. You will need to have the vaccinations that AOS requires.

Good to know. He has not had the medical yet, my fiance is making an appt for next week to get a lot of those shots done. I figure if he gets at least 2 of the Hep b shots and the others before he leaves, then they will most likely accept that he has had those. We are getting married as soon as he gets here and will be applying for AOS, EAD and AP right after we are married, so we cannot afford any further delays.
