I USC, student, have baby 6month old, my uncle who was going to send i-134 to ma husband lost his job now he is looking new job. problem is that my husband is coming near still uncle did not find any job,

My uncle said to me that till another job, i can send you my bank statement and tax return and house valuation as well,

my question is that would that be enough to required for my husband k3 visa? can my uncle send the i-134 without job? let me tell you my uncle was making 74000$ a year and has 4 dependent.

If you can't make up your income by getting a part time job (as you are a student), and you cannot use any assets you have, then yes, you will require an alternative co-sponsor.
