When to fill DS-230???

I m preparing documents for interview (hopefully it will be soon), but hasnt found the info about DS-230 on our Prague Embassy Info....do I need to fill one and take with me for interview or when?

Jan 16, 2008 - AOS/EAD/AP Notice of Action 3x

Feb 1, 2008 - AOS Transfer to California

Feb 23, 2008 - received NOA for BIO App.

March 5, 2008 - AP I-131 - approval sent

March 11, 2008 - AP received with wrong date of birth

March 12, 2008 - applying again for AP

March 18, 2008 - Biometrics Appointment Tampa (for I-485 & I-765)

March 21, 2008 - EAD Card Production Ordered

March 25, 2008 - EAD Approval Notice sent

April 23, 2008 - AOS Card Production Ordered

April 23, 2008 - Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

April 29, 2008 - Received GREEN CARD

Sept 21, 2009 - Divorce

Dec 9, 2009 - I left USA to go back home

Thanks for your answer. I m confused. I read the info on VJ http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...&cty=Prague and it says -

Packet 3 contains -

- checklist of forms, documents and pictures needed for the interview

- info about medical exam

- DS156 x 2

- OF156K (looks the same as DS156K)

- certification of intent to marry within 90 days (for the Beneficiary)

- Affidavit of Support + instructions

- proof of termination of previous marriages (if any)

- court decree (if any criminal history)

When you have everything collected, call the embassy to schedule an appointment for your interview.

No mention of DS-230, No issuing of packet 4. I m sorry for asking again, but i really need to know it in advance. Shall I fill it and onec I hear from NVC to send it back to NVC?

Please, could anyone answer me? :help: thank u.

You have to send all of that w/ packet 3? Remember that is what is sent before the interview....

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

You have to send all of that w/ packet 3? Remember that is what is sent before the interview....

i think for k1 u dont need to send them with packet3,u have to take them with u at interview.
