YAHOO!!!! I notice I got my first TOUCH today since I send in my petition to the CSC! Does that mean they are working on my petition for my wife or is it something command? What do you guys think? Should I call the CSC to ask about this touch?

You could call, but they aren't going to be able to tell you anything more than it was touched. They see what we see from what I have read and understood.

You could call, but they aren't going to be able to tell you anything more than it was touched. They see what we see from what I have read and understood.

That is true, however congratulations!

What a 'touch' means is that the file has been 'touched'. Every time the file moves it gets scanned - so say someone has it in a box and puts it on their desk, they scan it. Then say they hand it to the guy next to them - it's scanned again.

It's a way of tracking a file and it can mean it is being worked on.

Hopefully it will bring good news soon djturbo! Our NOA1 is dated June 8 from CSC - petition actually received on May 25 and we are still touchless.

Atleast seeing some touches from someone around my same timeline gave me hope that they might actually get to our petitions sometime SOON!!

I am leaving Oct 6 and coming back oct 28. we will be in Cavite most of the time but we are planning to travel around as well. Maybe we will bump into each other

If you get another touch tomorrow, do the RFE trick. I really hope you find out you are approved!
