the decision to get married is yours. However, as for what's best visa to obtain and probably the cheapest and practical will be going for spousal visa (IR1/CR1) or K3 visa. The K3 visa with the whole process will cost you about $1000 (sorry I do not have the exact amount), IR1/ CR1 will cost less than half of that. The process betweek K3 and IR1/ CR1 is almost the same.

ya but if you can wait to get married a k-1 is faster 6 month but alot more costly but once your fiance is here you get married and dont have to go back and file aos other wise it is 8 months min. for k-3 or cr-1 but look up time line it will help alot more to figure it out i am new to all this stuff so dont take what i say to the bank if i am wrong i am sure some one will let me know good luck and congrates

Does your fiance live in the RP with you? I think he would need to establish residence to do the IR/CR stuff. The K-3 (married) and the K-1 (fiance) he can file in the states and bring you over. I don't remember if Manila does DCF or not.

Here's the thing. On average K1 and K3 visas take around 6-7 months from being filed to the interview. IR-1/CR-1 visas take on average 11-12 months. If you are pregnant on your first month you may be able to get over to the US on a K1 or K3 before giving birth and thus you would avoid some extra paper work hassle regarding your newborn (this of course only if you would be allowed to fly!).

On the other hand the IR-1/CR-1 is a better visa and after you obtain it, you need to worry very little about paper work regarding yourself. Even if you would avoid the paper work for your newborn by obtaining a K1 or K3 visa for yourself, you would get more paperwork regarding your own status in the US. Like you need to file a work permit and advanced parol and equal.

When deciding which visa to obtain, I would personally only think about two things 1) how long it takes and 2) how much paper work it involves. I think that things such as costs are rather irrelevant, since they are minor in comparison to the average cost of living anyway and they will be irrelevant for you once you've been living together for years.

No, being pregnant will not speed up the visa process.
