Timeline

Check my timeline below. We sent the documents on March 24, 2007 and my wife received her 10-year card on September 10, 2007.

I do not know of anything special that we did, but we're thankful that things were processed so rapidly. We submitted the normal things that everyone else submits (nothing out of ordinary). We do have a daughter together, maybe that helped. No letters from friends/family were sent either.

Good luck in all of your journeys!!!

I know...

I'm so fed up with this whole process. They don't have any respect whatsoever for immigrants and their families.

They've more than doubled the fees, and the service has just gotten worse.

we have no idea of what is going on. as people after us have been approved, and if you call customer service, they are really abnoxious and misinformed.

Arghhh!!!

There is nothing we can do besides trying to keep our cool. But it's hard sometimes.

Let me know if anyone of you get approved

Godd luck to all of us!

I will admit that is is kinda unfair that cases do not seem to be processed FIFO (first in first out). We submitted the regular things that everyone else submits (insurance, bank accounts, utilities, etc.).

yeah....they can't be doing a FIFO. If they did it in order...we would be approved by now. It's like they divide all the stacks of forms up...give them to each employee...and the fastest people win. I am starting to get a bit nervous myself.
