Any more March filers?

Hello everybody!

l am still waiting, my husband called yesterday to USCIS, we had 180 days since our l-130 was sent. He said the woman was nice, she checked and she said that we still have to wait a few more days to complete the 180 days, l think because they count since the NOA1, so in their system we have 168 days today.

She also told him that if we complete the 180 days and we don´t hear anything then he has to call them back and then they will send him a form to help the petitions be process faster, which is the first time l hear. Can somebody explain this to me please? What kind of form is this? somebody has gone through this before?

is there another number that can call, the number we have is 1800 375 5283.

l don´t underestand how people can have their call transfer to California.

Another thing l always have seen on these forums that when people called the automatically get touches, we don´t see any. What is happening?

We are about to contact the congressman, we have the form, we need to fill, they said too that they can help if we have already passed the 180 days.

This is so stressfull.

l feel very sad and dissapinted with all of this.

This is great this means that CSC is alive.

The waiting has been long but you finally got it, l am sure tomorrow you will receive the good news for the l-129F approval, soon all the family be together, l wish you good luck with the rest of the journey.

l hope to see more approval this week.

Wish you luck Alan. Hope that your case will be finished within this month. It is inadmissible your family to wait so long. I know that when there are children the waiting is more complicated.

I hope that the CSC comes through for you very soon Alan. Families need to be together a lot quicker than what the time frame is now. I think you are the last of the March filers. I also have my stepdaughters I-130 to be approved ,just like Zolanden, but I'm hoping it's just a procedural thing ( and will be adjudicated when I file for AOS ) since she's listed on the I-129 as a minor ,and I have requested a K4 visa for her.
