we just moved to the new apt. and we don't get any utility bill yet. I kindda don't wanna delay my case another month because of my utility bills.

what do you guys think am i gonna get REF letter? i hope not

How about sending a copy of utility bill from previous residence. They look at the big picture, and don't look for specific things like utility bills, many dont have things like that, I don't.

The rest of your list looks fine, but you may want to include some affidavits from friends.

I don't think that would be a problem. They won't reject your case only because of utility bill. I think you guys have enough evidence.
