got 'em done at walmart! woo hoo!!

now to find that freaking cover letter form the packet 3

 I don't think there is any issue with having the letter if you have your case number. I called Dr. Seiden's office a week or two ago and they told me that as long as I have a case number it is pas de probleme.

Liz, during the physical you can be as crazy as you want just as long as you promise not to hurt anyone. :P Have fun and please let us know what happens.

Well best of luck to ya liz! I'll be near that doctors office tomorrow. I go to George Brown College. Just a word of advice. I dont know if anyone else who went to that doctor had this problem, but theres this 1 lady, kinda chubby a bit who takes your blood work, shes a bit nasty early in the mornings. I dont know if its just that she has to get up so early to be there, or if shes just naturally cranky LOL. Maybe she wont be there when your there.

=) sure thing!

so I gotta let them take blood even if I have all my vaccine stuff?? =(

I was kinda hoping I wouldn't get poked.......

They have to analyze your blood for the HIV/syphilis test, so unfortunately you need to get poked still for the blood test.

Maybe take the lady a cup of coffee? And try to zone out during the blood test, think of the beach or your husband, or your husband and the beach or just take mental notes so you can share the details with us tomorrow :)

uhh how do I ask for the blonde one without getting weird looks??

"There's a blonde haired doctor who works in your office, what's her name? I'd like to see her as my friend recommended I see her as she's very gentle." If that doesn't work, repeat after me, "me want blondie doctor give doctor blondie me." Make sure to stick out your tongue when doing it and try to pant a little.:P
